Tasman

I love the cuts in the s and n. Frankly, any typeface that bothers to design a headline version is good in my book.  Love the madness.

  4. You really don't see a lot of fonts come with a modified headline style these days. Not that it makes a font any less appealing, and in some cases isn't really applicable, but still. Comes off as a practice from lazy font designers, imo.

  6. Nice fonts, did you make any of these? That'd be an interesting way to get famous!

  7. @DDRMidgetID no... there are only a handful of famous type designers. Designing a font family is a 2 year marathon if you're going for quality.

  10. @pixel I frequent fontshop (newsletter) and commercialtype(dot)com for some really go to fonts. Villag is also a very great source for the styles I like and they almost always have quality, extended families. Always, support the designers and buy 'em legit though.

  15. This is a pretty cool font actually. So far I've been used to using the typical Comic Sans, but this may be a replacement if I ever come across it in the 'font' section! It's a nice crisp font that has that 1940's advertisement feel to it.
